Neurodivergent Family Life

On those first scans of our child neurodivergence was not at the front of my mind. It wasn't on my radar that there was ADHD or autism in our family or even our own birth families. As issues came up in school and the journey of understanding and finding ways to cope to choosing and advocating what may work best for our child I found coaching way more empowering than parent books, classes or even friends!

I found it so helpful that it has inspired me to be here to support other parents where they need a bit of help re-setting, revisioning and moving forward from overwhelm and the feeling of there never being enough time to do all the things.
